Fuelling our bodies is a hugely personal thing, but one thing we can all agree with is that different foods have different levels of carbon emissions.
Plastic packaging is not great for the planet, and studies have shown one of the main causes of climate change is animal agriculture. With this knowledge, we can choose ways to fuel that have a lower impact on the environment, without compromising on athletic performance.
