Run parkrun at your own pace. We plan to litter pick after the run, followed by refreshments at the cafe for those who want to stay.

🚌 The Country Park/National Water Sports Centre is accessible by bus.
Nottingham City Transport buses from Nottingham City Centre via Nottingham Railway Station.
• Route 11: alight at ‘Skylarks’ and walk 1.3 km.
• Route 11B: alight at ‘Adbolton Lane Terminus’ and walk 1.5 km.
Trentbarton buses also provide access from Broadmarsh Bus Station.
• For Rushcliffe Mainline/Villager/The Cotgrave services: alight at ‘Radcliffe Road’ and walk 2 km.
🚂 The nearest station is Nottingham, 4.5 km away.
The Country Park can be accessed at several points on foot from the surrounding areas. There are several entrances off Adbolton Lane or via the public bridleway from The Hook, alongside the River Trent.
🚴♂️ National Cycle Network Route 15 also provides access by bike.
