Running Minds turns a simple run into a space for learning and environmental action. There are no podiums, no timers, and no slides. Instead, it’s all about moving together at a conversational pace while talking with local experts, scientists, and fellow runners about the pressures facing our landscapes. Over the past year, more than 1,100 people across seven countries have joined these sessions to connect sport with science.
Run alongside Damian and Jeev for a supportive, informal ninety-minute session in the Lake District. It’s a fantastic chance to gather as a community, ask questions, and learn how small choices add up to big changes for our trails.
